Yes. Most sites we look after were built by someone else. The first month is spent getting to know yours before anything changes.
Care clients get malware cleanup included: we clean the site, close the way in, and restore from a clean backup if needed. Coverage applies while changes go through us. If code, plugins or admin access were added outside our process, cleanup is billed at our incident rate. Not a care client yet? We quote a one-time cleanup after a quick look.
